For Customers within Lagos:
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery/receipt of item.
Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
For Customers outside Lagos:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery/receipt of item.
Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
Condition: Shoes must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
Non-Returnable Items
Shoes that show visible wear or damage.
Final sale or clearance items.
Custom or personalized shoes.
