At All brands Footwear , we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your shoes, we’re here to help.
 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the original purchase date.
 
For Customers within Lagos:
  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery/receipt of item.
  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
 
For Customers outside Lagos:
  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery/receipt of item.
  • Items must be in their original condition with tags attached.
 
  • Condition: Shoes must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Shoes that show visible wear or damage.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Custom or personalized shoes.
 

Conditions for Return:*

  • Items damaged due to company default or defect are eligible for return.
  • Items must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is securely packaged during return shipping.
 

How to Return

  • Customers must notify us of their intention to return an item within the specified timeframe.
  • Visit our store or ship the shoes to our store address which will be sent to you upon the return request 
  • If shipping, we recommend using a trackable service.
